Freelance Quality Control Inspector – São Paulo

Inter Q&A Services is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Freelance Quality Control Inspector. In this position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all products meet our established requirements for reliability and workmanship, as well as other quality control program standards. We serve customers in a variety of fields and disciplines, including mechanical, welding, electrical, paint and coating, and many more. If you are qualified, experienced and interested in industrial inspections, evaluations & supervision field of activities ranging from raw material, first sample, during production, pre-shipment, packaging, container loading inspections as well as factory and/or vendor audits, expediting surveys, on-site quality supervision, we hereby invite you to apply for this position as a Freelance Quality Control Inspector. Responsibilities and Desired Experience: Conduct product quality inspections in the field based on industry requirements and company best practices; Inspection includes but is not limited to visual and dimensional inspection, functional kontrol, packaging and loading check etc; Record product quality against checklist and reference sample; Prepare and submit the inspection report within the time frame required by the company; Other duties as assigned by the management. Familiar with ISO9001-2015, ISO 2859, ISO 10204, ISO 9712, ISO 10012, ISO 1461, ISO 10346, ISO 4042, etc. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanics/welding/quality/industrial engineering or related fields; Certification in quality control is preferred and assumed as an advantage. At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role or in the metallurgical, steel or mechanical industry; Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. Must be familiar with AQL standards and have good knowledge of safety and regulatory standards; Good math, technical and metrology skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of MS Office Please note: We require a CV in English and the interview will be done in English. This position is based on a freelance position and is on an as and when basis.
