Consultant on Decent Work and Economic Growth – Rio de Janeiro

The Consultant will produce an analysis of Decent Work and Economic Growth in the Municipality of Juiz de Fora, Brazil, based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the New Urban Agenda (NUA), the Public Policy Observatory of Juiz de Fora, and other good practices from Brazil and around the world. These deliveries will support the Observatory as a tool for monitoring and evaluating public policies and will serve as the foundation for a series of technical reports. The research aims to assess the current state of Decent Work and Economic Growth to enhance and expand existing programs within the Municipality of Juiz de Fora. Additionally, it will evaluate the applicability of the Observatory’s data. The Consultant will work in close collaboration with the operational and technical teams of UN-Habitat offices in Juiz de Fora and Rio de Janeiro.
